Book any hotel or appartment in the very beautiful center of Ljubljana, the old town - somewhere between the Ljubljana Castle and the main train station. The area around the Tivoli park is also nice and comfortable.From there you can walk to Festivalna dvorana or Moj Korak in 15 minutes.
Just use airbnb or Booking. Or better yet, choose a boutique hotel in the city center.
